Forms and Workflows are important for automating business processes. Companies usually rely on programmers to create the forms and workflows using code. Not anymore! With InfoPath 2010 and SharePoint Designer 2010, you can create powerful data driven form composite solutions on your SharePoint sites. InfoPath gives you the ability to pull data from databases and lists, and create forms with data validation and conditional formatting. SharePoint Designer’s workflows let you then design powerful multi-step workflows centered around the form collected data, building upon the out-of-the-box reusable workflows and even import workflow designs from Visio! In this presentation, you will see how these tools come together to design workflows and route forms across your organization for task assignment and approval.
The last 20 minutes of the webinar consists of Q&A by attendees.

Great Webinar!
I would like to add one reason to use VS Workflows (brought up in Q&A). Asif pointed out that you might want to use VS Workflows when you…
1. want a State-machine Workflow (cannot be developed in SPD)
2. need to loop through items in a list (is supported but limited in SPD)
3. have a lot of time on your hands for coding
I think that one more reason is if you need to test the Workflow in a test environment. SPD Workflows are not portable so you have to work directly in production environment. Therefore, for highly intricate workflows that need to be tested before involving users, you might want to use VS too.
What version of Visio would I need to Import/Export with Sharepoint? Standard, Peofessional or Premium?
Good point @leobaumer.
Great question @mparks. You will need Visio 2010 Premium.
Do we need InfoPath 2010 mandatorily to use with SharePoint 2010?
